I think honesty is the best part of expressing ones opinion. I try to state what I find it be positive, yet if I find something I don't like or disagree with, I try to note, but be as nice as possible.

Recently, at another site, two people got into a VERY heated argument about something similar, due to the posters choice of words and the submitters misunderstanding of the situation. Alas, it ended poorly.

I think so long as there is no malice intent and the submitter understands that when you post your work online or anywhere in general, you are going to get feed back. Be it positive or negative. Just so long as people keep in mind the hardwork someone might of put into something and don't go for bashing, then I think it's all good. As long as someone knows that when someone offers advice, they don't mean to be rude, they simply want to help the person improve.

I'm probably stating old news and/or common sense, but it's the most important thing both the commenter and the poster of whatever it may be need to know.

I say it's all personal preferrence. I didn't mind Karin too much myself, but some others I've talked to really hated the show. I say screw critics . Go with whatever you like. I like some things that have gotten HORRIBLE reviews and I like other things that have gotten amazing reviews and everything inbetween. The most important thing that matters is that you liked it =D.

I've shared a similar problem a few months ago. I was gradually losing credits (roughly five each day, or at least from what I calculated) and it continued for about a month. Then, it randomly stopped, just as it had started. I assume there is some sort of glitch in the system that is causing this..or prehaps something with the coding. I couldn't tell you. I, however, can say that it is rather fustrating when your losing credits when you barely even visit MT. Hopefully a problem to this solution can be found.

I'll be honest, Jeno. Your work requires more time and effort into it. Honestly, from the last two wallpapers I've seen. I honestly cannot tell what I am looking at. They just seem like you've slopped a whole bunch of things onto a canvas, called it good and submitted it. It, now this is my opinion and not anyone elses, does not resemble art in any way, shape or form. I hate to be so mean, but honestly, what you've been submitting looks more like you've just taken however much you can, throw it all together, added a few sprinkles and submitted it.

I don't mean to be mean or rude, but I say this because I honestly don't have a clue on what's going on in your wallpaper. I can't tell if someone is being attacked, or if I'm being attacked by a siege of colors. Especially your latest entry. I showed it to a moderator (whom will remain un-named) and they took action because of it. I personally believe it's because you need to spent more time with your work. Look how other people wall. Granted, you don't have to be like them and being different is good, but sometimes too much of something is a bad thing and you have the tendency of putting WAY too much into something.

I know I'm not a moderator so you can disregard this if you want or not, but I'm stating this from one member to another. Try to understand as well, moderators have a tough job and they do their best for this community and that includes the tough parts. I'm sorry, but I do have to say that I do find it to be offensive. The wall in itself isn't, since obviously it's not depicting any sort of rape..thought the story and the title do suggest elsewise and really give a lot to the imagine of the viewer, which in this case can be a bad thing.

Yes, sodomy is a real thing that happens in this world. Yes, it probably doesn't hurt to address it. Though, I do have to agree with Candy. MT is SUPPOSE to be more of aimed for everyone and this isn't necessarly the type of wall that is fit for everyone. I do, however, agree with your right to complain about it and I understand as well your point. I just think it's a bit extreme for MT, if anything the story should be removed and the title changed, then it would be fine for submitting, but as is, I dunno.

I don't necessarly have a preferrence, whatever more of suits my fancy and that I enjoy I'll buy from. Sadly, there is no real favorite. However, I will mention you forgot VIZ and 4kids entertainment. DVD's need more episodes, that's a must, I can't begin to express it enough how FUN jips people with only three per dvd, which isn't cool. Also it wouldn't hurt to add more of something like off-screen stuff, like what Bandai did with GiTS : SAC. That would be much nicer to see, to be honest. This is a rather short post due to the fact that I'm stressed with time, yet I wanted to post my opinion so I'll probably edit it in the future when I get some time, so don't mind me =x.

I'm lookin very foward to it. It's gonna be sooo bad ass and the main character looks a lot like Amy Lee. Beautiful show that seems rather dark and from what I heard about it from ShiNN, who has watched the raw of it, it's an amazing show and I can't wait for it to be fansubbed and released in the states. This is already a buy for me and I haven't even watched it yet. I'm glad they also changed up the artstyle as well. Champloo was good..but the artwork kinda bothered me. This, however, looks amazing.

I love the new MT.

I have to say it's really gonna weed out the leechers and also those that really aren't here for the art. I think it's something that will take time to adapt to and those that really don't like it, more of learn to like it. This is the new MT. I personally think it's much better than the old MT and I'm glad that the spambox is gone too. \o/ .

As with everything in life, change will come if people like it or not, this change is greatly necessarly for a community like MT, who had become rather unmanagable and disliked by many of the older members (Even more proof is the massive amount of MT members coming over to AP) so hopefully this new MT will be able to bring back the spark that it had when I joined it over a year ago. Well, I hope anyways.

I do have to say that at first, I was like "@_@, looks like there are many bugs that need to be fix" but after browsing around, I have to say that I really love the changes made. The gallery looks like it'll be much more managable and the forums especially look like they can be moderated, unlike before. I have to say that these are some seriously major changes that I greatly welcome to MT, which had grown far too fast and seemed to have trouble adjusting to it's larger population.

Poems are truly an interesting thing. Not the first time I've seen something like this though. I do have to say it's rather decently done. I'd work on re-wording a few things and more of making it flow a bit better, but overall it's not that bad of a poem. On a side note, most guys like a 'bad girl' so I bet this'll drive em' wild . A very interesting concept and a rather unique thing to make a poem out of. I do have to say it's not half bad. =).

I personally love the sunsets.

Just simply captivating, beautiful blending of colors and my personal favorites are when there is a touch of red in the setting sun, gives sort of a magenta type color to the sky, just is simply gorgeous. I personally enjoy the sunsets and I try to watch one whenever I can (provided I have the time to watch one that is ) though I rarely see the sunrises, mostly when I pull all nighters do I see the sunrise. =x Apart from when I was in school (my college classes are a bit later in the afternoon) though I personally enjoy watching both and it's something I'd love to watch with a very special someone =x.

Outcast?

Well..Offline I do, but onilne, I more of am able to communicate with people that have similar interest that I do as well as find it much easier..to, well, be myself. I've been on and off forums for about 8 years now and I can't ever say that I've truly felt outcasted.

Sure, we all do at times, well.. some of us do anyways, but are we really that much different? No. Yes, no two people are alike, but I don't think that your going to find such major differences to that extreme. The only people I've seen outcasted are some of the creepy stalker-type people, but thats mostly because they go online and ask perverted questions. I mean, to each his/her own but @_@. Though, that's just me.

i don't think if you were such an outcast, so many people would of posted here nor would people be posting in your gb, you can outcast others if you like, but I'm sure you'll find that you have quite a few friends here and quite a few people that understand what thats like.

Well, for me, I haven't really celebrated a birthday since I was...16. As in like a party and what not. Though, I still don't mind doing things with friends or if my parents want to do something, I'm all for it.

I won't lie, I am forgetful. I forget birthdays and to be honest I feel rather bad about it. I try to remember important things like that and if at all else, I'd like to either get the person something or else try to do something for them. To me, its the thought that counts. Though I will be honest, I don't forget on purpose. I feel horrible when I do forget and I do my best to take steps not to forget. Though, it does happen at times, but it is something that I don't try to do. I try to remember all of my friend's birthdays.

Also, considering I really don't tell people about my birthday, I really don't care if people forget or not. If they do, it happens, its life. I'm not much for celebrating my own birthday, but I am thankful for those that offer their wishes, though I'm not going to hold it against someone for forgetting. To me, even if its late, I think celebrating overall is the most important thing. It shows that "heya, I may not have the exact day down, but I do care and I do have a general idea" which is better than being like "oh...really?" and that being that. Though, thats my opinion.

I mean, theres a difference between knowing when a friend's b-day is and not doing anything. and forgetting about it, but having a general idea and still being able to do something for them. As for our group, we do forget, but its not like we want everyone to remember. If we do, we'll speak up about it around others. I usually take it someone not saying anything as to they rather not doing anything. Though, sometimes people just don't say anything because they don't want to look like their begging for attention or something along those lines.

It depends on the person, to be honest. If the person feels that it is not accpetable to forget something like that, then its how they feel. I personally don't think it makes the person any less of a friend just because they forget. Were human, we forget things. To me, if I want my friends to remember or to know, I will remind them about it in advance. To be honest, I'm not really much for celebrating in the first place, so I'm alright with it. I mean, its not like they know and just chose not to do anything. That would be rude. Though overall it really just depends on the person.
